I Hear Wedding Bells!

The day is finally approaching and I'm getting excited, nervous, anxious, all of the above. Jesse and I have family and close friends coming into town this weekend for the wedding and I can't wait to celebrate our big day with everyone. My best friend and I are getting massages and laying by the pool friday and that's sounding like heaven right about now. The thing I'm most excited about is getting to be with Jesse forever officially. I'm so happy we changed temples to Newport and everything seems to be falling into place perfectly. I can't believe how far Jesse and I have come and where our lives are headed. I feel like we've been waiting for this day forever. Adulthood, marriage, bills, school, jobs, and life are quickly approaching and that scares me, but I can't wait to go through it with Jess. Because we have been together for four years we have become masters at getting through rough times together.

Mother's Day

Yesterday was Mother's Day and my family and I were traveling home from Utah. My cousin Bryan got married and we had such a fun family vacation. When we got home my awesome fiance came over and brought my mom a box of chocolate covered strawberries and he brought me a bouquet of flowers even though I'm not a mother yet and won't be for a long time. I love Jesse so much for making me feel included in a holiday that isn't really for me yet. I'm not easily surprised and the flowers really surprised me. I love that Jesse makes an effort to keep the realtionship fun and exciting. We get married in 12 days! Crazy! I can't wait to spend that weekend with family and friends on the happiest day of my life.

This semester has been crazy for me and Jess. Here is an update of the end of the semester.

I had to say goodbye to my favorite students and pray that my student teaching class will be as easy as they were. I love these kids!

Jesse and I dyed Easter eggs at Emily and Jon's. Jesse made ones that look like him and me.

Jess and I went to his ward's red carpet night where we watched a movie his FHE family made.

Valentines Day!

Happy Valentines day! Britt and I had a great weekend together for valentines day. I didn't have to go to class Friday so i headed up to Idaho a day early and we were able to have a four day weekend together, it was amazing. Britt made me dinner on Friday night and i made her dinner Saturday. It was a great weekend we got to relax a lot and watch some of the olympics together. Each time i see Britt it gets harder and harder to leave and it amazes me how much more I fall in love with her. She took good care of me this weekend and i have to say it was the best Valentines weekend I've ever had. Thanks for all you did babe!

Surprise!

I am not surpried easily, but somehow even after 4 years of being together, Jesse surprised me this weekend. We weren't going to get to see each other this weekend, but Jesse found a way around that. He found a ride up here to Idaho and surprised me Friday night. It was an amazing weekend and I love that my fiance still tries to make the relationship exciting.
