We've spent the last full week at the river house so Jesse could prep and paint it. My family made the trip out later that weekend and it was a fun get-away. We got plenty of sun and I got a lot of reading and crocheting done. Paige and Remy floated down river and their raft capsized, the boys went spear fishing, and as usual, we ate a lot of food, played games, and visited shell island. It was nice to get to spend time with the family and some old friends, the Faughts. We are definitely spoiled to get to enjoy making memories at the river house.
